Kawaii Cupboard is a UK-based online store where you will find cute and kawaii Japanese brands and character goods, plushies, stationery, household items and more.
We’re always on the lookout for the newest, cutest items and character goods to bring to you so that you can share our love of all things kawaii!
All items are sourced and imported directly from Japan. Please keep an eye on our social media and website as we will be regularly updating new items.
Secure Payment
Kawaii Cupboard uses PayPal as our secure payment provider.
Kawaii Cupboard does not and will never store your credit card details on our own servers – the only time you will be required to enter your credit card details is when completing your purchase on the PayPal website.
Stock
We aim to only display items on this site for which we have stock available. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will be happy to offer you a choice of alternative items or to refund the cost of the item(s) that are unavailable.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the combined size and weight of your order.
Delivery
The postage service used to deliver your order depends on its size and weight. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship overseas.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return an item for any reason. Unfortunately we can only accept returns from customers within the United Kingdom.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please include your PayPal transaction number in any correspondence. We will then advise as to how to return the item to us, and process your refund as soon as possible.
We can accept items for return as long as they are in saleable condition, complete with all packaging and with no tags removed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any items are returned safely, so please use appropriate packaging and a registered postal service to return the item(s). The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s).
Failure to return the item(s) according to this policy may result in you being charged the original cost of the item(s).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK law.
